Leadership comes in many forms and every leader is different from the next. However, there are certain attributes that seem to play a consistent role in the success of many leaders. Four renowned leaders, who I personally find inspiring, show many of these qualities. I have highlighted six winning attributes through the success profiles of these leaders.

Rotary Club of Nashua West & Velocity, Partner to Drive Leadership Excellence for High School Students

(NASHUA, NH) – Last Saturday, 50 High School students across southern New Hampshire participated in the RYLA Youth Leadership Academy held at Nashua Community College. Victory Academy and the Rotary Club of Nashua West partnered to offer this unique and inspiring leadership summit. The young students were motivated to build individual leadership plans and were challenged to create a service project that would serve their school and/or community.

Julie Boilard, a Co-Chair of RYLA, expressed her excitement about the success of the program. “Rotary Club of Nashua West has been searching for years for a great leadership program to share with local high school students through our RYLA program. This is it! It more than exceeded our expectations,” said Boilard.
