Amanda E. Rogers is a Leadership Coach at velocityHUB. At velocityHUB, Amanda and her team serve as consultants, trainers and executive coaches to some of the world’s leading companies, universities and entrepreneurial, growth-oriented businesses. Amanda is the Co-Founder of velocityHUB’s Victory Academy, a series of leadership development programs specifically focused on maximizing the potential of the emerging generation for college students and millennials. Amanda serves as a leadership coach to thousands of young professionals, college students and student-athletes at some of the country’s most prestigious schools and companies.
Prior to velocityHUB, Amanda launched her career in the marketing and promotional products industry, building and enhancing large company brands through innovative marketing programs focused on driving leadership and growth. Working with clients across a broad spectrum of industries, from aerospace and defense leader BAE Systems, to pharmaceutical giant Sunovion, to the staffing industry leader Randstad, Amanda has demonstrated a proven track record of building successful marketing campaigns.
Amanda is a speaker, author, coach and community leader. She speaks to young leaders on a weekly basis with a simple message of living life with a vision, sense of purpose and set of core values. Amanda is a contributing writer to many internet blogs on topics ranging from leadership to women’s empowerment. She currently serves over two hundred young women as the Recruiting Director for the New Hampshire Tomahawks, a showcase and development elite lacrosse organization. Under her leadership, the Tomahawks have doubled in size and allowed players to live their dream of playing college lacrosse at some of the country’s top collegiate programs. Amanda serves as a community leader through volunteering as a leadership coach for at-risk youth, coaching youth athletics and serving on the Keegan Courage & Faith Board, an organization that supports youth athletics, academics and leadership.
Amanda received her bachelor’s degree from the Boston University, where she played lacrosse for the Division 1, 3-Time Conference Champion Boston University Terriers. She received NCAA scholar-athlete honors and earned a degree in Business Administration, graduating at the top of her class, summa cum laude.
